Assessments
The key for improving performance in individuals is to understand behavioral style, and to get accurate feedback.

Understanding your own and other's styles is essential to effective leadership, communications, and effective interactions with others. 
We use the proven, online DISC Assessment Tools to provide a look at an individual's or a group's behavioral style.  More on DISC


These tools are also used to enhance the recruiting process.  As an example, we used a DISC benchmarking process to create the ideal behavioral profile for forklift drivers at three P&G manufacturing plants.  Candidate's individual assessments were then compared to the ideal, creating a more effective hiring process.

For organizations, we often use DISC tools for team building, and where needed, we use a custom designed online survey for customers, employees, or suppliers, combined with interviews, to give a clear picture of where the organization is strong and where it needs help. Improving Business Processes is based on Lean Principles that began with Toyota, to remove waste and inventory from manufacturing processes.  We have applied those principles more universally to any type of business process, so that important processes such as billing, sales, and decision making, can be made to operate faster, cheaper, with less error. 

 
 
Incentive Programs
Frequent Flyer programs work. So do hundreds of other incentive and referral programs. Studies have shown that rewards and recognition are frequently more valuable as motivators, than cash.

Our approach is to use incentive programs as an effective tool to help create behavioral change. We provide a points based program that is flexible and easy to use in safety programs, sales boosters, training programs and other efforts.
